Deposit & cancellation policy
A $25 deposit reserves your confirmed appointment and is credited toward your total service price. Devante confirms the job, price, and appointment before providing payment instructions.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed arrival window starts: receive a full deposit refund.
- Reschedule at least 24 hours ahead: your deposit transfers to the new date.
- Cancel within 24 hours or no-show: the deposit is forfeited, and a new $25 deposit is required to rebook.
- If Devante cancels: choose a full deposit refund or rescheduling.
- Exceptions for emergencies or unsafe weather may be made by Devante.
A no-show means you are unavailable or cannot provide access when Devante arrives within the agreed arrival window, with no response after a call or text and a 15-minute wait.
Contact Devante at 478-841-1500 to cancel or reschedule. Any legally required cancellation rights still apply.
Privacy & quote requests
We use the contact details, location, project description, timing, and photos you submit to review your job and respond to your request. Submitted requests and photos are saved for Devante to review in a private inbox. Sending a request does not confirm a booking or make a payment.
Messages and photos sent to the Big Play Assistant are processed by OpenAI to generate replies. Chat text may be temporarily saved in your browser to recover your conversation after using the photo picker. The Assistant does not send a quote request until you review and submit the quote form. Website and AI service providers process information to operate these features.
Only upload photos you have permission to share. Avoid private documents, payment credentials, or sensitive personal information. Call or text 478-841-1500 with privacy questions or requests to correct or delete submitted information. This notice describes the website features; it is not a promise of immediate deletion from service-provider records.
